Welcome

Anyone of any age may need long-term care supports and services at some point in their life.

An accident or a sudden illness, chronic condition or disability can result in you or a family member needing help in daily activities like eating, dressing or getting around.

Now, thanks to the Aging and Disability Resource Collaborative of Northwest Michigan (ADRCNM) it’s easier than ever to find what services are available in your community.

The ADRCNM is a trusted source of information on a full range of services and supports.  Our ADRC is available to people of all ages, income and disabilities who have questions on long term care.   Our goal is to provide you with the information you need to better understand your options and make informed decisions.
