(Click here for a video about the ADRC of Northwest Michigan! This video was produced as a student project of the Northwestern Michigan College Graphic Communication Class. Special thanks to those students.)
The ADRC of Northwest Michigan is a collaborative effort of organizations in Northwest Michigan that serve older adults and people with a disability. Our goal is to be a trusted source of information where you can find out about the wide range of services and supports available.
If you are looking for services to stay in your home and live independently or options for assisted living and nursing home care, the ADRC can help you learn about both public and private pay long-term care programs and services.
The ADRC of Northwest Michigan covers the counties of Antrim, Benzie, Charlevoix, Emmet, Grand Traverse, Kalkaska, Leelanau, Manistee, Missaukee and Wexford.
The ADRC of Northwest Michigan is part of a national and statewide effort, spearheaded by the Administration on Community Living, the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services and the Michigan Office on Services to the Aging.
